True Blood Opening
Over at Art of the Title they got a great little analysis of the True Blood TV series opening title sequence.

And a local Chicago theatre guy, Kurt Ehrman (I am sure I just brutalized the spelling of his last name)...is actually in the title credits! he is the priest doing a healing on some lovely african american church ladies....
Having grown up in New Orleans, I can tell you that the "hot, Southern, voodoo vibe" of the opening feels pretty authentic.
