In Dreams...

Many, many, many blood-soaked thanks to Anthony and Kathy Jaskulski for playing their part in making our Masque of the Red Death benefit such a huge success. They took time away from their busy schedules with school, work and Dream Reapers (Chicago's Most Horrifying Haunted House!) to help keep the folks on their toes at our not-so-little soirée.

Anthony showed off his make-up artistry using the faces of Kathy and Susan Hooper as his canvas, before transforming himself to creep out our guests, while their souls (or what was left of them) were captured by Kathy and her magical camera.

If you want to see some of Anthony's handiwork, and see what they do outside their day-to-day life, visit Dream Reapers, Chicago's Most Horrifying Haunted House!

Haunted House Auditions

Received word about open auditions on Wednesday, August 17th. Imagine Excalibur filled with costumed ghouls and goths acting all weird and dead and scary... well, I guess that's every weekend, but now imagine it on a Wednesday! Brrr...

Lady Morlock is a connaisseur of haunted houses. She took me to one last year that truly did a number on my adrenal gland. Wish I could remember which it was.

Fear City seems to be a swaggery new venture. Let's wish them the best of luck. And the same to you if you plan to audition.

Horror Masters

This is the best horror literature site I have come across on the web. Here you can find and read hundreds of classic and obscure stories and novels that have passed into public domain. They have divided their library into sub genres too, examples being Women of Horror, Scientific Horrors, Asian Horror Stories, Haunted Houses, Early Gothics and Late Gothics, Nautical, Witchcraft and Black Magick, Weddings and even Body Parts.
